Subscription & Plans: Limits, Usage and Upgrades

Your subscription plan defines what your organization can do: how many orders per month, stores, staff seats and WhatsApp numbers you get, and which modules are available. Usage meters on your dashboard show how close you are to each limit.
What a plan controls
Plans set usage limits and module availability.
- Orders per month — your monthly order allowance (orders are metered, not blocked).
- Stores — how many Shopify stores and WooCommerce sites you can connect.
- Staff seats — team members you can invite.
- WhatsApp numbers — linked WhatsApp connections.
- Modules — which features are switched on.
Usage meters and alerts
The Plan & Usage widget shows each limit as a meter. When you approach 90% or hit a limit, the Action Center warns you so you can upgrade before it bites.
Subscription status
A new subscription may be pending until approved; some actions (like connecting a store) unlock only once it is active. Renewal date is shown on the plan widget.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I exceed my order limit?
Orders are metered for visibility rather than hard-blocked, but other limits (stores, staff, WhatsApp numbers) are enforced.
Why is connecting a store locked?
Connecting unlocks once your subscription is active; a pending subscription shows a lock.
Can I downgrade?
Yes, provided your current usage fits within the lower plan’s limits.
Which modules come with which tier?
The Customers CRM is included on every plan, including the entry tier. WhatsApp, POS (with POS sales) and Automations are added from the Growth tier upward, and Marketing on the top tier.
Troubleshooting
A module disappeared.
It may not be included on your current plan; check availability or upgrade.
My usage meter looks wrong.
Order counts reset monthly; store/staff/WhatsApp meters reflect current records.
