Navigating Your Dashboard: Business Pulse, Action Center & Module Widgets

2 min read

Your dashboard is assembled from your active modules, so it shows exactly what is relevant to your business — no empty panels. It is organised into zones: a Business Pulse of unified KPIs, an Action Center of things that need attention, and module widgets for sales, operations, growth and your account.

Business Pulse

The hero row shows revenue, net profit, gross margin, orders, average order value and units — unified across every channel and compared against the previous period. A revenue trend chart sits below it. The numbers are COGS-aware and match your reports exactly.

Action Center

This is your operational to-do list. It surfaces orders awaiting courier booking, low or out-of-stock products, pending COD, shipments in transit, purchase orders to receive, failed WhatsApp messages, unpaid expenses and plan-limit warnings — each with a one-click link to act.

Module widgets and the date range

Below the Action Center, widgets appear per module: channel mix, fulfillment, inventory, purchasing, POS, WhatsApp, marketing, customers and plan usage. A date-range selector (Today, 7 days, This month, 30 days) re-drives every widget at once.

Step-by-step

  1. 1

    Set your date range

Use the pills at the top to scope the whole dashboard.

  2. 2

    Clear your Action Center

Work through alerts top to bottom — each links straight to the relevant screen.

  3. 3

    Drill into a widget

Use a widget’s “view report” link to open the full report for that area.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I see fewer widgets than the screenshots?

Widgets are gated by your active modules. Enable a module (e.g. POS or WhatsApp) and its widget appears automatically.

Why is a channel split not showing?

The channel mix appears only when you have two or more channels producing orders.

Do the dashboard numbers match my reports?

Yes — both are powered by the same reporting engine, so figures are consistent.

Troubleshooting

The dashboard shows an onboarding screen instead of data.

No store or sales have been recorded yet. Connect a channel and add or sync products.

A KPI shows no change percentage.

There was no comparable activity in the previous period, so a delta cannot be calculated.
