- Conversation Data: Message logs & metadata for inbox delivery only.
- Usage Data: Dashboard activity and analytics.
- Device Information: IP address, browser, OS for security purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Operate and maintain your unified inbox.
- Sync WhatsApp conversations from your linked number.
- Process billing and manage subscriptions.
- Send service-related notifications.
- Improve platform performance.
- Comply with legal requirements.
We do not sell your personal data or message content.
3. WhatsApp & Meta Ads Connections
Your WhatsApp number is connected by scanning a QR code from your phone — we do not use the Meta WhatsApp API and store no Meta messaging tokens; you can unlink it anytime from WhatsApp → Linked Devices. If you connect Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads for analytics, we request read-only ads permissions; those tokens are encrypted and revocable anytime in your Meta Business settings.
4. Cookies & Tracking
Essential cookies keep you logged in securely. Optional analytics cookies help us improve user experience.
5. Data Retention
Data remains while your account is active. Upon cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days, except legally required billing records (up to 7 years).

We use TLS 1.3 encryption, secure cloud hosting, encrypted tokens, and regular security audits.
