At KonnectGOFTECH, we respect your privacy and control over your data. In compliance with Meta Platform policies and global privacy regulations, we provide clear methods for you to delete your personal information.


What data do we store?

  • Account details (name, email, encrypted password, billing info).
  • Encrypted integration credentials (Shopify, WooCommerce, couriers, Meta Ads). Your WhatsApp number is a QR-linked device session, not a stored API key.
  • Conversation metadata and logs.
  • Usage analytics for service improvement.

How to delete your data

1 Self-Service Deletion

  1. Login to your dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm permanent deletion.

Automatically unlinks connected services and removes your logs.

2 Manual Deletion Request

  1. Email: privacy@konnectgoftech.com
  2. Subject: Data Deletion Request
  3. We may verify your identity.

Processed within 7 business days.

Important notes

  • Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
  • Invoices retained for tax compliance (no message content).
  • Connected WhatsApp numbers are unlinked from your phone (WhatsApp → Linked Devices); Meta Ads connections can be revoked in your Meta Business settings.
