What data do we store?
- Account details (name, email, encrypted password, billing info).
- Encrypted integration credentials (Shopify, WooCommerce, couriers, Meta Ads). Your WhatsApp number is a QR-linked device session, not a stored API key.
- Conversation metadata and logs.
- Usage analytics for service improvement.
How to delete your data
1 Self-Service Deletion
- Login to your dashboard.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm permanent deletion.
Automatically unlinks connected services and removes your logs.
2 Manual Deletion Request
- Email: privacy@konnectgoftech.com
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- We may verify your identity.
Processed within 7 business days.
Important notes
- Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
- Invoices retained for tax compliance (no message content).
- Connected WhatsApp numbers are unlinked from your phone (WhatsApp → Linked Devices); Meta Ads connections can be revoked in your Meta Business settings.
