Reports & Analytics: Dashboards, PDF, CSV and a Custom Builder

2 min read

The reporting suite turns your data into decisions. It ships with dozens of ready-made reports across sales, finance, products, inventory, couriers, purchasing, marketing, WhatsApp, POS, customers and an executive overview — each an interactive dashboard you can export to PDF or CSV — plus a custom builder for anything bespoke.

Report families

Every report is tailored to its subject with its own KPIs, charts and tables — not a one-size-fits-all template.

  • Sales & orders — revenue, AOV, channel split, by product, city and time.
  • Finance — P&L, gross margin, expenses, cash position, blended ROAS.
  • Operations — inventory valuation, low stock, turnover, purchasing, supplier spend.
  • Delivery — courier scorecards, COD reconciliation, delivery by city.
  • Growth — marketing, WhatsApp, POS, customers, cohorts and LTV.

The custom report builder

Pick a metric (revenue, orders, units, gross profit, AOV or discounts) and a dimension (channel, city, product, status, day, week or month) to build any view you need, then save and export it.

Exports and consistency

Every report exports to a branded PDF and a CSV with one click. Exporting is no longer limited to Reports, either — most list screens across the platform (orders, customers, shipments, expenses, purchase orders, suppliers, products, POS sales, marketing, activity log and staff) now carry the same CSV and branded-PDF buttons, and every generated PDF closes with a “Generated by {System Name}” footer. Because reports and the dashboard share one engine, the numbers always agree.

Use the builder to chart any metric by any dimension and save it.

Frequently asked questions

Do reports match my dashboard?

Yes. Both are powered by the same engine, so figures are consistent everywhere.

Can I export to Excel?

Every report exports to CSV (which Excel opens) and to a branded PDF.

What is the default date range?

Reports default to month-to-date; you can change it freely.

Troubleshooting

A report is empty.

Widen the date range or check that the relevant channel/module has data in the period.

A report is missing from the catalogue.

Some reports depend on a module (e.g. couriers or marketing) being enabled.
