Connect Shopify: Sync Products, Orders and Inventory
2 min read
The Shopify integration links your storefront so products, inventory and orders flow into the platform automatically. New orders arrive in near real time via webhooks, and products sync on a schedule so stock levels stay current.
What syncs from Shopify
Once connected, your Shopify catalogue (titles, SKUs, prices, cost per item and inventory) and incoming orders are mirrored into the platform.
- Products — including cost per item, which powers COGS in your profit reports.
- Inventory quantities — surfaced in inventory management and low-stock alerts.
- Orders — created via webhook and ready for fulfillment.
Order webhooks and confirmation
Shopify pushes new orders to a secure endpoint the moment they are placed. Each order lands as “not shipped”, ready to confirm and book. If WhatsApp is enabled, an order-confirmation message can be sent automatically.
Keeping stock accurate
A scheduled sync refreshes products and inventory so the figures you see reflect Shopify. Selling on POS or WhatsApp deducts stock too, giving you one accurate number across channels.

Confirm orders arrive and appear under Managing Orders.
Frequently asked questions
How fast do orders appear?
New orders arrive within seconds via webhooks. Product and inventory refreshes run on a short schedule.
Can I connect more than one Shopify store?
Yes, up to your plan’s store limit. Each store’s data stays attributed to that store.
Does cost of goods come across?
If you set cost per item in Shopify, it is used for accurate gross-profit and margin reporting.
Troubleshooting
Orders are not arriving.
Confirm the store still shows as connected and webhooks are registered. Reconnect the store if it was disconnected.
Inventory looks stale.
Trigger a manual product sync; scheduled syncs also run automatically every few minutes.
Profit shows no COGS.
Set cost per item on your Shopify products so the platform can compute margin.
