Account Setup & Onboarding: Sign Up, Verify and Configure Your Organization

Getting started takes a few minutes: register, choose the plan that matches your sales channel, verify your email with a one-time code, then complete a short onboarding wizard that creates your organization and enables your starting modules.
Choosing the right plan at sign-up
On the registration page you select a plan. Plans are grouped by sales channel (Shopify, WooCommerce or hybrid) and set your monthly order limit, store count, staff seats and WhatsApp numbers. You can change plans later from your subscription settings.
OTP email verification
Security uses one-time passwords rather than verification links. After registering, you receive an 8-digit code by email; enter it to verify your address. Codes expire after 10 minutes — request a fresh one if it lapses.
The onboarding wizard
Onboarding captures your business type, country, expected order volume and which modules you want enabled. This provisions your organization and tailors the dashboard so you only see the tools you turned on.

Register
Open the sign-up page, choose your plan, and enter your name, email and password.

Verify your email
Enter the 8-digit OTP sent to your inbox. Resend it if it expires.

Complete onboarding
Fill in your business details and select the modules you want enabled.

Activate your subscription
New subscriptions may start in a pending state until approved; some connect actions unlock only once it is active.

Connect your first channel
Head to Shopify or WooCommerce to link a store.
Frequently asked questions
I never received my OTP email. What now?
Check spam, then use the “resend code” option. If it still does not arrive, your mail provider may be delaying it — wait a minute and retry.
Why are the “Connect Store” buttons locked?
Connecting is enabled once your subscription is active. While it is pending, the buttons show a lock until approval completes.
Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes, from your account’s subscription area, subject to your current usage fitting the new plan’s limits.
Troubleshooting
Registration reloads without an error.
Make sure every field (including the plan selector) is filled. Validation errors now appear at the top of the form.
OTP says expired.
Codes last 10 minutes. Request a new one and enter it promptly.
