Courier Accounts: Connect PostEx, Leopards and More
2 min read
Courier accounts connect your shipping partners to the platform. Each courier defines the credentials it needs; once added, you can book shipments, receive status updates and reconcile COD without logging into separate courier portals.
How courier connections work
Every courier has a data-driven credential schema (for example an API key or token). You enter those once per courier account, and the platform uses them to create bookings and fetch tracking updates.
Status syncing and webhooks
Delivery progress flows back automatically — via a scheduled sync and courier callbacks — so a shipment moves through booked, in transit, delivered or returned without manual updates, and the underlying order mirrors that status.
One vocabulary for every courier
Different couriers use different status names; the platform normalises them into one set so your delivery reports compare couriers fairly.

Frequently asked questions
Which couriers are supported?
Couriers are configured per platform; common Pakistani couriers like PostEx are supported via their APIs. Each defines its own required credentials.
Do I need the couriers module?
Yes, and it requires a connected Shopify or WooCommerce store since shipments are booked against orders.
Is tracking automatic?
Yes. Statuses sync on a schedule and via courier callbacks.
Troubleshooting
Booking fails immediately.
Re-check the courier credentials; an invalid key will reject bookings.
Statuses are not updating.
Ensure the account is active; the scheduled sync needs the background worker running on your server.
