Shipment booking converts confirmed orders into courier shipments with tracking numbers. Book a single order or many at once with Bulk Booking, then track delivery progress and reconcile the cash your couriers collect on COD.
Single vs bulk booking
Book one order from its detail view, or open Bulk Booking to select many unshipped orders and dispatch them to a courier together — the fastest way to clear a day’s orders.
Tracking and COD reconciliation
Each shipment carries the COD invoice amount. As deliveries complete, the platform tallies COD collected versus still-pending and returned, so you always know what the courier owes you. See the delivery and COD reports.
Delivery performance
Success rate, return-to-origin rate and average delivery time are tracked per courier and per city, helping you route future shipments to the best performer.

Frequently asked questions
Why is an order missing from Bulk Booking?
Bulk Booking lists only orders in the “not shipped” state. Booked, cancelled or already-dispatched orders are excluded.
Where do tracking numbers come from?
They are returned by the courier when the booking is created and stored on the shipment.
How is COD pending calculated?
COD on in-transit and booked shipments counts as pending until the shipment is delivered.
Troubleshooting
No shipments show on the shipments screen.
The screen is scoped to the selected store and channel tab; pick the right store, and ensure shipments carry a store id (they do when booked from an order).
Bulk booking shows no orders.
You have no unshipped orders, or they are all cancelled/booked. Confirm fresh orders first.
