Platform Overview: One Dashboard for Shopify, WooCommerce, POS & WhatsApp
2 min read
The platform is a multi-channel commerce operations hub. It connects your Shopify and WooCommerce storefronts, an in-store POS and WhatsApp into a single workspace, then layers courier booking, inventory, purchasing, expenses, marketing analytics and a COGS-aware reporting suite on top. A unified customer directory, a no-code automations engine and a top-bar global search tie it all together. Instead of juggling separate tools, your whole business runs from one organization dashboard.
What problem the platform solves
Online sellers lose hours moving between a store admin, a courier portal, a spreadsheet of expenses and WhatsApp. This platform centralises those workflows so an order can flow from any channel to confirmation, fulfillment, delivery and reconciliation without leaving the app.
The building blocks: organizations, modules and plans
Everything is scoped to an organization — your business account. Features are delivered as modules you can enable, and your subscription plan sets the limits (orders per month, stores, staff seats, WhatsApp numbers).
- Organization — your company account that owns stores, products, orders, customers and team members.
- Modules — feature toggles such as Shopify, WooCommerce, POS, Couriers, WhatsApp, Marketing, Customers, Automations, Reports and Staff.
- Plan — controls usage limits and which modules are available. See Subscription & Plans.
How the modules connect
Modules are designed to interlock. A Shopify or WooCommerce order becomes a shipment you book with a courier; the cost of goods on that order feeds your profit report; a WhatsApp message confirms COD before you dispatch; and your Meta Ads spend is measured against the revenue those orders produced.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need both Shopify and WooCommerce?
No. You can run a single channel, multiple channels or add POS and WhatsApp on top. The dashboard and reports adapt to whatever you have connected.
Is the platform built for cash-on-delivery (COD)?
Yes. COD confirmation over WhatsApp, courier booking and COD reconciliation are first-class features designed for COD-heavy markets.
Can my team use it too?
Yes. Invite staff and grant fine-grained permissions per area. See Staff & Permissions.
